The only goal of the game was scored by Cassius Mailula in the 25th minute. While in Group A, Petro Luanda could not win. The Angolans drew 0-0 at home against the Algerian side JS Kabylie. The other match of this group will take place on Friday, February 17. It will pit Wydad, the defending champion and the Congolese AS Vita Club.
