Caf held a draw to decide between Uganda and Congo. The two teams finished in a perfect tie atop Group B. They have five points, scored four goals and conceded three. Uganda won the draw. The Ugandans are therefore first in the group ahead of Congo. In the quarterfinals, they will face Nigeria, second of group A. The Congolese will face the second group C.
