Emmanuel Eseme continues to make Cameroonian athletics shine. With Sporting CP, the Cameroonian sprinter won the European Champions Clubs Cup in Castellon, Spain, with a time of 10s01. He also won the 200m.

Emmanuel Eseme became the fastest athlete in the history of the European Club Cup in the 100 m. He erased from the shelves the British Dwain Chambers, holder of this record since 1993.
