FIFA WC 2026 - Senegal: Idrissa Gueye finally joins the Lions

Idrissa Gana Gueye joined his teammates from Senegal on Friday evening in the United States to continue preparing for the 2026 World Cup. A presence that puts an end to the doubt about the experienced midfielder’s participation in the competition.

However, Gueye has an injury that deprived him of Everton’s last Premier League match against Tottenham and should be carefully monitored by the Pape Thiaw staff in the coming days.
