Football - Rwanda: Adel Amrouche fired

In his position for just under a year, Adel Amrouche was dismissed by the Rwandan Football Federation for "contractual violations".

Without giving too many details apart from a particular article (17.2), FERWAFA started to look for a new coach while briefly thanking the Algerian technician for his work.

With gloomy results in the official match (1 victory, 1 draw and 4 defeats in the official match), Amrouche failed to inspire hope among the Amavubi even though several matches were narrowly lost against big clients like Nigeria.

His departure, however, will not surprise anyone as the new president of the federation, Fabrice Shema Ngoga, has started a staff overhaul and is gradually bringing new faces around him.
