Manuel Pellegrini: «Senegal’s reaction is not appropriate for this sport»

Manuel Pellegrini, the coach of Real Betis, reacted on the couac observed at the end of the match with the withdrawal of Senegal from the field at the request of the coach Pape Thiaw. The Chilean technician did not approve this gesture.

 “I find what happened at the end regrettable. Senegal’s reaction is not appropriate for this sport."

 he said at a press conference.

Pellegrini also mentioned the return of Ez Abde after losing the final with Morocco.

 "The way Abde got here is not the best, but he’s on the list. He wanted to come and fit in," 

he concluded. 

Ez Abde could play against PAOK on Thursday on the road, in the Europa League.
