Rugby - South Africa: Eben Etzebeth suspended until April 2026

On Saturday 29 November 2025, Eben Etzebeth was excluded from the South Africa match against Wales for putting his finger in the eye of Welsh Alex Mann. After this withdrawal, the Springboks' second-row was excluded and then suspended 12 weeks after his appearance before the World Rugby Discipline Commission. 

Thus, this suspension will deprive Eben Etzebeth of the Sharks' next 12 games.
