29 goals in 33 games, the statistics speak for themselves. Nigerian striker Paul Onuahu won the Golden Boot award for the country's top scorer at the Belgian Football Awards ceremony in Antwerp Expo.
The Genk striker is ahead of Dutchman Noah Lang and Belgian Charles de Ketelaere in the ranking. "I'm a bit surprised. Everyone deserved it. Noa Lang is very important for Brugge and Charles is a nice guy. So for me and for the club Genk, this trophy means a lot, especially against such a strong competition", he said after receiving his trophy.
