The many football fans in the Cherifian Kingdom will be able to return to the stands to support their favorite teams in the coming days. The return of fans to the stadiums was the focus of a meeting of the Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF) board of directors, held on Tuesday in video conference mode.
During this meeting, the head of Moroccan football Faouzi Lekjaâ mentioned a "gradual return" of fans during the next championship games. But the president of the FRMF also insisted on the need to carry the "vaccination pass", pending the decision of the competent authorities. The ball will therefore be in the court of the clubs and their managers to organize this progressive return of the supporters. Indeed, club presidents and managers have been invited "to take the necessary measures and preventive measures related to Covid-19, in order to ensure the success of the operation of return of fans to the stadiums".
In Morocco, vaccinated people can use their "vaccination pass" for certain trips. At this stage, more than 21 million people have taken their doses out of a population of over 35 million.
