MATCHS DU JOUR 1
The Ligue 1 has been putting on quite a show this season. The latest example was the opening match of the 18th round between Nantes and Lens. Nigeria's Moses Simon and teammates won 3-2 in a totally crazy scenario.
As usual, Lens started off with a bang. Seko Fofana's teammates quickly took the lead thanks to Pereira Da Costa (7th) and Kalimuendo (14th). It was on this score of 2-0 that the two teams went to the dressing room.
But in the return, Nantes showed a completely different face. The Canaries equalized before the hour mark thanks to a double from Kolo Muani (49' 57'). And in the last moments, Moses Simon offers the victory to Nantes (90'). With this success, Nantes has temporarily climbed to 10th place in Ligue 1. Lens is 5th. Lens are still under threat from three teams (Strasbourg, Monaco and Montpellier) who could pass them if they win their games this weekend.
