Potential Indomitable Lions’ midfielder Ibrahim Amadou and Cameroon forward Stephane Bahoken were amongst the goals and stand-out players for Angers SCO, in their 5-0 bashing of Club Franciscain this Sunday in the round of 32 of the French Cup.
Midfielder Amadou scored a brace while Bahoken also found the back of the net in a game that they completely dominated.
Angelo Fulgini opened the scoring at the 31st minute for coach Stephane Moulin’s men.
The expulsion of Sebastien Lepel made the task much easier for the French top flight side over the Martinique top flight side.
Ibrahim Amadou doubled their lead at the stroke of half time, making the most of a through ball from Antonin Bobichon.
Eight minutes into the second half, Thomas Mangani and Stephane Bahoken combined, with the Cameroon forward providing the telling touch for the third.
27-year-old Ibrahim Amadou then completed his brace at the 60th minute after he was beautifully teed up by Pierrick Capelle.
Noah Fatar rounded the scoring at the 87th minute with Angers fifth of the night.
They have now sealed their place in the last 16 of the competition.
