Rwanda and Central African Republic will take advantage of the upcoming FIFA window (31 May to 15 June) to play two friendly matches. The matches are scheduled for 4 and 7 June in Kigali, the Rwandan capital.
These matches will allow the two teams to prepare for the second round of the 2022 World Cup in Qatar. This one, initially scheduled for June, has been postponed to September.
The Rwandans are in group E with Kenya, Mali and Uganda while the Central Africans are in group C with Nigeria, Liberia and Cape Verde.
