Rugby - South Africa: Siya Kolisi 4th most capped captain in history

Siya Kolisi is becoming a legend for the Springboks. The Springboks face New Zealand in the Rugby Championship. The South African national rugby team captain will be making his 30th cap as captain this Saturday. This will be his 30th game as captain of the Springboks. He will become the fourth most capped captain in the history of the team.

Siya Kolisi will be behind such legends as Gary Teichmann (3rd with 36 caps), Jean de Villiers (2nd with 37 caps). The ultimate record will nevertheless be difficult to reach. It belongs to John Smit who has 83 caps as captain.

The 30-year-old is also the first black captain in South Africa's history.
