Naby Keita is back in Germany. After five successful seasons with Liverpool as a team, albeit very difficult ones personally, the 28-year-old is returning to the Bundesliga.
The Guinean midfielder has signed for Werder Bremen. He is a free agent at the club that finished 13th in the German league last season. "Discussions with the club, the environment here and the idea of the game convinced me of this decision. The coach gave me a very good feeling and showed me how I can help the team. The club and its philosophy suit me well. It's the right step," the former RB Leipzig player told the club's website.
