U20 AFCON: Ghana and Uganda dominate best 11.

 

 

Ghana has been crowned champions of the U20 AFCON after seeing off surprise package Uganda 2-0 in Saturday's final. Evidently both sides have been impressive throughout the competition, and their individual players have been compensated in the tournament's best starting 11.

Two players from both teams make the list especially Ghana's shot-stopper Danlad Ibrahim who finished as overall best keeper while CAR defender Flory Yangoa stood out as well. Cameroon's Captain Blondon Meyapya who led the Lions to a single goal conceded in three group games, partners in the center back.

 

The competition's Most Valuable Player Abdul Fatawul of Ghana undoubtedly makes the list while the golden boot winner Uganda's Derrick Kakooza with 5 goals, complete the attacking department.

 

Uganda's coach steering his nation to their first finals in this category, is compensated at an individual level.
