MATCHS DU JOUR 3
Bad news for the Black Stars of Ghana. Arsenal announced on Sunday that midfielder Thomas Partey is suffering from a groin injury, which is why he was unable to take part in the game against Watford. Thomas Partey has been called up by Ghana's national coach Milovan Rajevac to play in the final two games of the qualifiers, but he may miss the crucial 2022 World Cup qualifiers.
The Black Stars of Ghana face Ethiopia on 11 November and South Africa, first of the group (10 points) on 14 November. Ghana are second in Group G with nine points and will need to be on top of their game to qualify for the play-offs. But it will be without influential midfielder Thomas Partey.
