Match day three of the Ghana  betPawa Premier league has ended across all league centers after intensive encounters from Friday to Monday afternoon.

Accra Lions defeated newbies Tamale City by 1-0 at the Accra sports stadium on Friday afternoon.
Coach Tanko's  have now recorded their second consecutive victory of the season, having defeated Karela United last weekend.

On Saturday afternoon, Accra Great Olympics deepened the woes of Kumasi King Faisal as they inflicted another defeat on them.

The Insha Allah boys have now gone three games without a point this season. Emmanuel Mensah's strike was enough for Yaw Preko's side as they maintain their unbeaten run this season.

Former Black Stars midfielder Emmanuel Agyemang Badu was named Nasco Man Of  The Match Award winner after the 32 year old dazzling display in the heart of midfield for the dade boys.

Ghana's version of the El Classico came off at the Baba Yara Sports stadium on Sunday afternoon as Accra Hearts of Oak pulled a late surprise to deny Asante Kotoko their first victory in the 2022/23 season.

Yusif Mubarik scored in the 57th minute before Caleb Amankwah strike late in the 87th minute for the visitors.

Asante Kotoko were keen on a good start following their early exit from the CAF Champions League last week to RC Kadiogo.

At the Nana Agyeman Badu I Park in Dormaa, Aduana Stars came from two goals down to snatch a point against Samartex.

Forward Abubakar Seidu and Emmanuel Keyekeh shot the visitors ahead before Sam Adams and in-form  Adom Frimpong equalised  for the ‘Ogya’ boys.

At the Aliu Mahama Stadium in Tamale, Legon Cities recorded a slim 1-0 victory over Real Tamale United (RTU).

Nasiro Moro's strike ensured that coach Maxwell Konadu's side wins for the second time at same grounds this season when they had earlier defeated Tamale City FC on matchday 2.

At the Crosby Awuah Memorial park in Anyinase, Karela United ended the unbeaten run of Dreams as they defeated the visitors by 2-0 courtesy Kelvin Andoh and Enoch Agblenyo.

Gold Stars pip Bechem United 1-0 at the Dun’s Park in Bibiani. Micheal Enu's gaol was enougb to win all three points for the Bibiani based club.

On Monday at the Nana Agyemang Badu park in Dormaa, Berekum Chelsea defeated Medeama Sporting club by a lone goal.
Prince Anane's 85th minute strike was enough to win it all for the Bibiries who are still unbeaten after three games.
