AFCON 2025: CAF - Netflix broadcasting partnership
Text

The African Football Confederation has entered into a partnership with Netflix to broadcast "AFCON Daily Highlights", a daily program summarizing the highlights of the competition in Morocco. This show is available to all subscribers of the platform in sub-Saharan Africa.

This project marks the entry of CAF into the global streaming market and supports the commercial success of Moroccan publishing. Indeed, the competition is now broadcast in more than 180 territories, thus exceeding the audience records previously established during the 2023 tournament in Côte d'Ivoire.

At the strategic level, this collaboration allows CAF to diversify its distribution channels and strengthen the international visibility of African football. By relying on new digital media, the organization wishes to increase the accessibility of its content while highlighting African culture through sport.
