The Basketball Africa League (BAL 2024) is about to return for a 4th consecutive edition. But before the finals, which will once again see the continent's best teams go head to head in Rwanda, the qualifiers, also known as the Road to BAL, will run from 2 October to 19 November 2023. The first round comes in October, followed by the Elite 16 in November. Teams that played in the last edition of the BAL will automatically qualify for the Elite 16, provided they earn the right to represent their countries in the qualifiers, and 22 clubs in total are in contention in this first round. The aim is the same for everyone: finish top of your group to secure a place in the Elite 16.
