Jérôme Guery won the El Jadida Grand Prix on Sunday 18 October, riding Kiliman Sitte. The Belgian jumped clear in both rounds and posted a time of 46.45 seconds in the second to take victory in this 1.60 m World Cup class.
Chloe Aston took second place on Akito Von Rocherath Z. The Briton also produced two clear rounds, but her time of 47.79 seconds left her 1.34 seconds behind the winner.
Delestre quicker, but penalised
Simon Delestre completes the podium on Golden Boy DK. The Frenchman was faster in the second round, in 41.28 seconds, but carried the four penalty points from his first round. His clear second round therefore was not enough to overtake the two pairs who had stayed on zero.
Germany's Tom Schewe finished fourth on Congress Blue PS, also on four points in total, but with a time of 43.17 seconds in the second round. Italy's Roberto Previtali, riding Quirinus 27, took fifth place with seven points.
Ouaddar best-placed Moroccan
The Grand Prix featured 44 horse-and-rider combinations. Abdelkebir Ouaddar is the best-placed Moroccan in the final standings: he finished 19th on Festival d’Argouges, after a first round of four points in 78.80 seconds, and did not reach the second round.
This class closes the El Jadida leg of the Morocco Royal Tour 2026. The Moroccan show hosted a CSI5*-W Grand Prix this year, the five-star category of the international circuit carrying World Cup status.
