How has your preparation gone?
I've prepared well this year. A few weeks ago, I put in quite a few good performances which are really significant and encouraging ahead of these Paris 2024 Olympic Games. I can say my preparation has gone well. I've tried to do what I can to be in good shape on the day.
You're in the final stretch of your preparations. How are the last fine adjustments going on French soil?
We're trying to make a few adjustments, mainly on the jumps. I'm improving.
What are you working on specifically to improve?
With the coach, we put a lot of emphasis on strength, speed and technique, since my discipline is the long jump. Those are the three areas we're working on to hope for a good performance at these Paris Olympics.
What are your goals?
My goal is to be on the podium at the very least. I remember that last year I finished seventh in the final. This time, I'm going to give everything to get on the podium. I'm confident I can do it.
