Here we go again! Mamelodi Sundowns against FAR Rabat will be one of the semi-final ties in the CAF Women's Champions League. The two sides met in last season's final, when the South Africans, the defending champions, were given a football lesson by a stunning Moroccan side (4-0). One of the competition's two champions will therefore be in the final, looking to win a second title in three editions.
The two sides meet in the semi-finals because FAR Rabat finished second in Group B on Sunday. Beaten in their opening match (2-0) by Ghana's Ampem Darkoa, the Rabat side bounced back with two wins, over Huracanes (1-0) and AS Mandé (2-0).
The other semi-final will pit Ampem Darkoa against the other Moroccan club, Sporting Casablanca. The Ghanaians finished top of Group B on Sunday after their 3-1 win over Huracanes.
