Mamelodi hold Al Ahly

Mamelodi therefore remain top of Group B with 7 points. Al Ahly have only one point from two matches so far, as the Egyptians have a game in hand to play.

Raja keep winning

Raja Casablanca made it a third win from as many matches in Group C of the CAF Champions League. Their latest victims were Horoya. The Moroccans won their tie against the Guineans this Saturday, 25 February, by two goals to nil. Hamza Khabba (43rd) and Naoufel Zerhouni (89th) secured the win for the Moroccan club.

The Rajaouis (9 pts) consolidate their lead at the top. Horoya (4pts), for their part, stay second despite the defeat. Simba (3 pts) and Vipers (1 pt) are 3rd and 4th respectively.

Espérance sink Zamalek

Espérance Tunis hosted Zamalek this Saturday, 24 February, in round 3 of Group D of the CAF Champions League. The Tunisians won the match (2-0) and strengthen their grip on top spot with 9 points. The Egyptians, meanwhile, continue their poor run in the competition and remain bottom with just 1 point.
