Coton Sport - Real Bamako (0-2)

Arguably the biggest clash in these CAF Champions League play-offs. After a 0-0 draw in the first leg, everything rested on the match in Garoua, Cameroon. Real Bamako were determined to beat Coton Sport (0-2), earning an impressive win on Cameroonian soil.

Enyimba - All-Ahly Benghazi (0-0)

Libyan club Ahly Benghazi, coached by Tunisia’s Lassaad Dridi, qualified for the second preliminary round of the African Champions League following a 0-0 draw against Nigeria’s Enyimba in Abuja. The Libyans had won the first leg 4-3 in a spectacular match. Ahly Benghazi continue their African campaign and will try to move another step closer to the group stage in the next round.

Vita Club - Primeiro de Agosto (1-1)

AS Vita Club fell short on Sunday 27 August against Primeiro de Agosto at Stade des Martyrs. After the Angolans won the first leg, the Congolese side needed to settle the tie in this return match. Vita scored in the 25th minute but conceded an equaliser in the 52nd. DR Congo can now count only on TP.Mazembe in the CAF Champions League following AS VClub’s elimination.
