While the Premier League is packed with talent in every area of the pitch, England's top flight has one particular trait. The Premier League is full of electric wingers, capable of bringing express-train pace to the flanks. And among this group of impressive wide players is Cameroonian Bryan Mbeumo of Brentford. The Indomitable Lion is among the 15 best "wingers" in the Premier League. In the past, with Cristiano Ronaldo, Gareth Bale, Eden Hazard and many others, all had frenetic tempo, quick legs and technical ability in abundance. The new generation of these high-speed players is now embodied by Egyptian Mohamed Salah.

The Pharaoh of Liverpool tops the ranking

Was anyone else really going to be number one? Salah has been in sparkling form since joining Liverpool in 2017. He has consistently been the Premier League's best winger. Perhaps even the best in the entire world. His influence on the team's goalscoring is unmatched, and nobody has been as important to Jürgen Klopp's side as the Egyptian over the past six years. Liverpool have enjoyed some of their best seasons with the 31-year-old, who has played a major part in that. Even his disappointing seasons are better than those of most footballers at their peak. It is hard to imagine Liverpool would have won as many trophies under Klopp if the Pharaoh had not been in the fold. There is no doubt he is the best winger in England right now. With 140 goals and 60 assists in 233 Premier League games, Salah unquestionably deserves top spot.

Mbeumo, the Indomitable Lion on the rise

Mbeumo's emergence as one of the Premier League's best wingers is no surprise. The Brentford wide midfielder is indeed a key part of the club's success in the Premier League. With nine league goals last season, Mbeumo is as good as he has ever been right now. If the club want to repeat their recent success and keep competing in the top half of the table, the 24-year-old will therefore probably play a huge role. Mbeumo has scored 16 goals and provided 15 assists in 75 Premier League games.
