You pick real players. Their performances in real matches earn points for your virtual team. That is the idea behind SNA Fantasy: your team goes up against the other teams in your league, with no real money at stake.
Start with your competition and your league
The football game covers the Premier League, Ligue 1, La Liga, the Bundesliga, Serie A and the Champions League. The NBA has its own game. Each competition has its own players and schedule: a performance in a domestic league does not count as a Champions League result.
Log in with your SNA account, then create a league or join a friend's using its code. Before picking a player, read that league's rules. They determine how players are acquired, how points are calculated and what transfer options are available.
Budget or draft: two ways to build your squad
In budget mode, you build your squad within the virtual budget provided. A value expressed in M$ means millions of virtual dollars; it is not a payment, nor an amount you can win.
In a draft, participants pick in turn. Prepare several options for each position: a player can be taken before your turn. In an auction league, player acquisition follows the bidding rules shown in the game. The format your league uses matters more than any universal list of players to buy.
Look at the points and the time period first
Points for a matchday or a week answer a different question from the season total. A player may have shone in his latest outing while remaining well behind over the season. Compare figures covering the same period and the same scoring system.
In football, position and playing time influence points. In the NBA, a points league is not read the same way as a categories or rotisserie league. Your league's rules remain the reference, particularly for existing leagues that keep their own rules.
A total marked “provisional” can still change as statistics are received or corrected. It is not a final, confirmed result.
Your pre-match checklist
Check the schedule, the availability of your players, the starters and the bench, then the lock deadline shown. Save your lineup and check that it has been confirmed. After the matches, open the points breakdown to understand what pushed your score up or down.
