On Wednesday 11 November, at 17:00 GMT, 24 AFCON 2027 qualifiers will kick off at the same minute. To follow that night and every other, Sport News Africa is opening its fixtures pages: 17 competitions, in English and French, with live scores, tables and what comes next, all on one page.

The first is the AFCON 2027 qualifiers: 156 matches, 54 national teams, 12 groups. After two matchdays, Morocco lead Group A on 6 points, DR Congo top Group E and Senegal sit first in Group J on 4.

Your turn to play

Each page reads like a newspaper page: the next round with GMT kick-off times, the latest results, the tables and the key dates. It also updates itself. Scores move during matches without reloading.

The “What if?” tab turns the page into a table you can play with. Pick a score for each fixture of the next round and the standings are worked out again in front of you. Teams slide up and down, with an arrow for every move. Give Lesotho a win against Gabon and Group A looks very different.

The “Title race” replays the season matchday by matchday. Each team’s bar grows and overtakes the others as results come in, up to today’s table. A slider stops the race on any round.

Africa, group by group

For national-team competitions, a map of the continent colours every country by its group. Tap Senegal to see the flag, the position, recent form and the next opponent, Sudan. A second tap opens their six Group J fixtures.

On every fixture, a tap flips the card: both sides’ positions, form over their last five games, points, goals scored and conceded per game. National teams appear with their official flag, clubs with their crest.

From Africa to Europe

African competitions come first: the CAF Champions League, the Confederation Cup, the U-20 and U-23 AFCON, Botola Pro, and the Algerian and Tunisian Ligue 1. Then the Champions League, Europa League, Conference League, Europe’s five big leagues and the NBA. CHAN, the Women’s AFCON and the World Cup will return as soon as they resume.

The pages refresh every three hours. Before every round of the African competitions, a preview sets out what is at stake. The CAF Champions League second preliminary round gets things going on Friday 16 October, at 13:00 GMT.

Every schedule is gathered on a single page.
