The Ivorian taekwondo championship is back. After several years on hold, the sport that has been the country's flagship discipline in recent years is up and running again under president Yacé Jean-Marc.
The competition is expected to start in the next few weeks, to the delight of followers of a sport that has brought Côte d'Ivoire the most medals in recent years, including three Olympic medals and, notably, the world number one ranking in the over 80 kg category for Cissé Cheick Salah Junior.
