Ligue 1 Lonaci clubs enter the National Cup in the round of thirty-two. After two previous rounds involving clubs from Ligue 2 and D3, the draw including the top-flight teams took place on 14 March 2023 at the Ivorian Football Federation's headquarters in Abidjan. Several all-Ligue 1 clashes feature in this round, which will be played after the FIFA international window. Notable ties include USC Bassam-AS Denguélé, ES Bafing-RCA and AFAD-SOL FC. Ivory Coast champions Asec Mimosas will play amateur side Songon, while defending cup winners SOA face Zoman FC. The National Cup had been absent from the FIF calendar since SOA's title in 2019.
