In August 2022, Kader Coulibaly, the second-highest scorer in the Ivorian Ligue 1, signed for Ismaily SC. But his spell came to an end on 10 April 2023, after eight months at the Egyptian club. The former Club Omnisport de Korhogo (COK) striker broke the news to his fans on 11 April 2023 via social media.
"I want to let you know that my contract with Ismaily ended yesterday following an amicable settlement between the two parties. I will remember the good times spent at this club and the experience I gained," he wrote. The Ivorian injured his knee a few weeks after joining the club. He played only 12 matches in the Egyptian Premier League. Ismaily paid him 10,000 dollars as part of the separation. Abdoul Kader Coulibaly will continue his rehabilitation in Abidjan.
