A look back at the leg held on 22 October 2026 in front of the pyramids of Giza. Cairo Pharaohs had finished seventh in the Cairo round of the Global Champions League on 16 penalty points. The total of Nayel Nassar and Sameh El Dahan was made up of eight points in each round.

El Dahan clear in the first round

The team result adds together the penalties of its two riders across the two rounds. In the first, El Dahan had jumped clear on Oscar-A. Nassar had conceded eight points on Esi Ali. Cairo Pharaohs were thus among the ten teams to qualify for the second round.

Nassar switches horses

For the second round, Nassar had changed horses and rode Ivory TCS, while El Dahan had kept Oscar-A. Each had added four points. The eight penalties of this second round were therefore added to the eight of the first to set the team result at 16 points.
