Congolese soccer is in crisis. FIFA has installed a normalization committee (CONOR) for the Congolese Federation of Association Football (FECOFA). And the Conor has just dismissed the secretary general of the federation, Belgian Situatala. The latter is replaced by Mr. Innocent Kibundulu, member of the COMEX of Linafoot.
