Nicolas Pepe, who has returned from a loan spell at OGC Nice, is unlikely to stay at Arsenal. According to The Telegraph, the Gunners are no longer interested in keeping him. They are already looking for a buyer. In the absence of buyers, the English daily claims that the London club is even prepared to terminate the Ivorian's contract in order to reduce its wage bill.
Arsenal would not want to go that far and hope to be able to complete a lucrative transfer. Nicolas Pepe, who arrived in August 2019 for €80 million, has not been able to prove his worth to the Londoners. He has one year left on his contract.
