Super Eagles defender Kenneth Omeruo is on his way to Turkey. Media reports suggest he is there to finalize his transfer from CD Leganes to Kasimpasa. According to the Daily Post, Leganes and Kasimpasa have reached an agreement for the transfer of the 29-year-old former Chelsea defender.
All that remains is to finalize the last details of the agreement. Following this, the player is expected to undergo medical examinations in the next few days. Completion of the transfer would see Omeruo leave Spain after five years with the Segunda division club. Last season, the Nigerian international played 24 games.
