Orlando Pirates striker Monnapule Saleng is set to withdraw from the Bafana Bafana squad. He is suffering from an acute illness and will be replaced by Cape Town City striker Khanyisa Mayo, the South African Football Association (SAFA) announced. Bafana Bafana will play two friendly matches during the international break. The first against Eswatini on Friday October 13, and the second against Côte d'Ivoire on October 17.
