World Swimming Championships: Pieter Coetze gives South Africa its first medal

South Africa has finally won a medal at the World Swimming Championships currently taking place in Doha, Qatar. Pieter Coetze won bronze in the 200 m backstroke with a time of 1mn55s99. The 19-year-old swimmer finished behind Spain's Hugo González (1mn55s30) and Switzerland's Roman Mityukov (1mn55s40).
