Ethiopia completed a one-two finish at the Seoul Marathon in South Korea on Sunday March 17. Fikrte Wereta won the women's race with a time of 2h21mn32s. Kenyan Visiline Jepkesho settled for second place in 2h22mn52s, while second place went to Bahrain's Desi Jisa Mokonin.
In the men's race, Jemal Yimer won in 2h06mn08s. He finished well ahead of Kenyans Rhonzas Lokitam Kilimo (2h06mn09s) and Edwin Kiptoo (2h06mn10s), who were second and third respectively.
