The sixteen teams of the group phase of the CAF Cup are known. The representatives of Congo-Brazzaville and DRC have validated their ticket, this Sunday, October 16, by catching up their delay of the first game.

It was not won. Diables noirs of Congo-Brazzaville (1-2) and Motema Pembe of DR Congo (0-1) had lost their first leg of the second preliminary round of the CAF Cup a week ago. But on Sunday, October 16, for the second leg, they recovered and obtained the qualification to the group phase by dominating, respectively, Ferroviaro Beira (3-0) and Saint-Michel United (2-0).

The closing day of the second preliminary round was also marked by the white washing (7-0) of Club Africain against Kipanga FC. In the first leg, the team from Zanzibar had forced the Tunisians to a draw (0-0). The adventure ends for her.

The adventure also ends for the Hearts Of Oak of Ghana. Despite their victory (1-0) over the Malians of Real Bamako, the Ghanaians are eliminated. They had lost heavily (3-0) in the first leg.
