CAF Cup: DCMP files a complaint against Rivers United

Daring Club Motema Pembe has filed a complaint with CAF against Rivers United of Nigeria for ill-treatment. In its correspondence to the African body, the Green and White club of Kinshasa has denounced the poor reception conditions reserved for its delegation upon arrival at the airport in Lagos.

This includes the confiscation of passports of all members of the delegation and harassment at immigration until spending the night on the ground. Also, no measures were taken to secure the Congolese in Lagos, said the club from Kinshasa, which asks, moreover, the CAF to sanction Rivers United for having influenced the result with all these maneuvers.
