NBA: Adama Sanogo makes Bulls history

Promised a bright future, Adama Sanogo has eaten up his time with Chicago this season. The Malian pivot played just 31 minutes until Friday. On his last outing on April 12, he played 35 minutes against Washington. The 22-year-old made Bulls history with 22 points and 20 rebounds. In doing so, he became only the second player in Chicago history to score 20-20 since Charles Oakley in 1985.

Less than 48 hours after this feat, Adama Sanogo spoke of his performance. " I've been waiting for this moment all season, so to be able to play and do this now, it feels great. "It's like a dream come true for me. I think that's why I'm here. I don't think I got here by chance, and I'm here because these guys believe in me. They believe that I can have an opportunity. I have to show that I can do it too. You don't get these kinds of chances very often, so it was my mindset to take advantage of them," he admits, relayed by Basket USA. Qualified for the play-in round, the Bulls must now face Atlanta. What if Sanogo is the X-factor to take them further?
