It was certainly the highlight of the match between Egypt and Ghana. Mohamed Salah went off injured in the 45th minute. The Liverpool striker stopped abruptly and called for a change. A twist of fate that was to be followed by another. No sooner had the Egyptian captain comes off the bench than his team fell behind.
