Mohamed Moselhi, president of Al-Ittihad Alexandria, has revealed that Turkish club Besiktas are approaching him for Angolan striker Cristovao Mabululu. Mabululu is enjoying a fine AFCON with Angola, showing great activity and desire. He has already scored 3 goals. Besiktas is not the only one interested. "There are European and Gulf clubs who have opened lines of communication with the player. But we haven't received any official offers," clarifies the chairman.
What is clear is the offer he is waiting for to release the 31-year-old striker, who finished top scorer in the Egyptian league (2022-2023) with 16 goals. "The lowest figure for selling Mabululu after his AFCON success is $5 million. If that sum is put on the table to buy Mabululu, he will be sold immediately," he says.
