Since the start of the AFCON 2023, many fans have complained about the difficulty of obtaining tickets. The Ivorian government had announced a change in the next 48 hours, and this is the case.CAF has issued a press release announcing that tickets are now available at all sales outlets.
"The Confederation of African Football confirms that ticketing for the CAF Africa Cup of Nations TotalEnergiesCôte d'Ivoire 2023 remains under its responsibility. Although there were some printing problems on the first day of the CAF CAN, due to last-minute bulk purchases of physical tickets, the ticketing system has since been adapted to handle requests. The system is currently operating satisfactorily. At international level, over 60% of tickets have been sold via CAF's online platform. Those wishing to visit the stadium can also purchase tickets via the following sales outlets (see attached list). The close collaboration between COCAN and CAF continues to respond in real time to the challenges that inevitably arise when organizing an event of this magnitude anywhere in the world," reads the CAF press release.
