The Blue Sharks now have 10 points on the board with one day to go before the end of the qualifiers. They thus join the Etalons, who had already secured their ticket in March. The victory also eliminates Togo despite their 2-0 win over Eswatini earlier. This will be the 3rd AFCON in a row without the Sparrowhawks.
