AFCON 2023 (Q) - Emilio Nsue: "I better score or my brothers will kill me

It's off to the rallies. All the selections concerned for the 3rd and 4th days of the AFCON 2023 qualifications are on deck. This is particularly the case of Equatorial Guinea, which has found all its strengths in Emilio Nsue. The star striker of Nzalang Nacional wants to strike a blow against Botswana.

"I better score or my brothers will kill me," jokes the captain, who admits to being "in great shape. "If I can get minutes I will fight to help the team", added the best scorer in the history of Nzalang. Nsue has scored 13 goals in 33 appearances. Equatorial Guinea hosts Botswana on March 24 in Malabo and on March 28 in Francistown.

Tunisia is the leader of group J with 4 points ahead of Equatorial Guinea (3 pts), Libya (3 pts) and Botswana (1 point).
