Aliou Cissé had to be hospitalized after suffering a stomach upset. But the Senegal coach is doing better. He has even left hospital. The Senegalese Football Federation informed us of this in a press release.
"The Senegalese Football Federation (FSF) informs the public that coach Aliou Cissé was treated by the medical staff and care services at Yamoussoukro hospital for a benign infectious pathology on the evening of Friday January 19, 2024, after the Senegal-Cameroon match.The tests are reassuring and he is back in the squad". The FSF has also announced that Abdalalh Sima is out for the rest of the competition due to injury.
