AFCON 2023: Sierra Leone stalled at home

No winner between Sierra Leone and Sao Tome and Principe (2-2) in the first leg of the AFCON 2023 qualifiers. This is a bad operation for the Lone Star who is playing a joker until the second leg scheduled in a week.

Sao Tome and Principe had perfectly launched its match by opening the score at the 43rd minute thanks to Luis Leal. However, the hosts quickly made up the deficit after the restart (48th) with a goal from Mustapha Bundu. In the 59th minute, Luis Leal scored twice before the visitors conceded the last goal of the game, signed by Abu Komeh (78th minute).
