The first leg of the African Super League quarter-final clash between TP Mazembe and ES Tunis will finally take place in Tanzania on Sunday, October 22. The change of date and venue is due to a problem between the Confederation of African Football and the Congolese authorities."The equipment needed to cover the match has arrived in the country, but the Congolese government refuses to grant visas to clear it through customs. The AFL authorities have issued a letter since October 1, but it has been ignored," informs Ghanaian journalist Micky Junior.
The match was scheduled for Saturday October 21 in Lubumbashi. The Congolese will host their opponents in Dar es Salaam before travelling to Rades on October 25.
