Al Ahly were knocked out of the African Football League semi-finals against Mamelodi Sundowns. The Red Devils' coach explained the reasons for this disillusionment in a press conference. "We were the better team during the match, especially in the first half, when my team squandered many chances to score, including a penalty. I can't blame my players for this outing, as they did their best throughout the 90 minutes," said Marcel Koller.
"We have to agree that we need to be more clinical, because that was our main problem in the last few games, and we'll work on that. We'll get back to our winning rhythm in the next few games and win titles."
