Habib Diallo has had a difficult start to the season with Al-Shabab. The Senegalese striker has scored just 4 goals in 21 matches for the Saudi outfit. "It was complicated at first, but these things happen to everyone. Every footballer has been through it. The start of the season was complicated for me, but I'm gradually coming back. I hope things will continue like this, by continuing to score goals for club and country," confides the 28-year-old striker.
Habib Diallo is also less flamboyant with the Senegal national team. He explains: "Club and national team are not the same thing. At club level, there's a group with whom we work together all the time. But with the national team, you're only there for a month at the most. It's not the same at all. At club level, you play with players you know better. In the national team, you have to work to get to know each other much better, so that each of us can get to know the other's game."
